BSA Medical Form (youth or adult) NEW FORM
Boy Scouts of America has came out with a new medical form to be used annually by all scouts and Scouters. This form is available on the Longhorn Council Website and soon on our troop website. Looking at the form on the Longhorn Council website: Parts A and C will be used annually by all BSA unit members for events not exceeding 72 hours Part B will also need to be filled out for all BSA unit members who will attend events exceeding 72 hours, High adventure events such as Philmont, and other items mentioned on the form. This new form is an annual form unlike the old form which could be used for more than one year for scouts and adults under 40 years old.
